Janelle Martin

Paralegal

With a career in the legal industry that began in 1998, Janelle brings decades of experience and insight to her role. She started in litigation, working within a legal team for 10 years, before successfully running her own virtual assistant business for a decade, well ahead of the remote work trend. In 2017, she returned to the legal sector, focusing on property, commercial law and estate matters.

Janelle is driven by the opportunity to guide clients through complex legal issues in a clear, structured and easily understandable manner. She values building genuine rapport with her clients and takes pride in supporting them not only with immediate concerns but also as a trusted point of contact for future assistance.

She derives particular satisfaction from helping executors with estate administration, especially when she has a personal connection to the deceased. Providing clarity and compassion to families during these challenging times is a priority for her.

Highly organised and methodical, Janelle collaborates effectively with lawyers and colleagues to ensure that matters progress efficiently, even when managing a varied and demanding workload.

“I am committed to clear communication and compassionate support so clients feel understood and reassured.”
