Settlement Clerk
Imogen began her career in the legal industry through a traineeship, during which she completed her Certificate III in Business while working as a receptionist and legal administration assistant. Over the past four years, she has developed a strong foundation in legal administration before transitioning into conveyancing, where she has spent the last two years honing her expertise. Currently, Imogen is studying to become a licensed conveyancer, driven by a genuine commitment to professional growth.
She places great importance on clear communication, approachability, and responsiveness, ensuring that clients feel supported and informed at every stage of their matter. A highlight of her career thus far has been guiding a first-time home buyer through the settlement process, an experience that reinforced the positive impact attentive, personalised service can have.
Imogen works collaboratively with lawyers and colleagues, prioritising proactive communication and efficient task management to ensure matters run smoothly for everyone involved.
