David was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1985. With over 35 years of experience, he specialises in commercial law, focusing on company disputes, business transactions, estate planning, and disputed estates. David is also a Notary Public and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

In the community, David is a founding member and current Chair of the Legacy Business and Community Support Committee and a current board member of the Foundation for the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS).
